  我早年在西班牙的时候, 我的祖国, I never thought that I would be living in another country. After 27 years in Massachusetts (26 of them teaching at a coed boarding school), 我有机会搬到弗吉尼亚州，追随我在一所女子学校教书的愿望. Ten years later, I am still teaching at Foxcroft. 生活充满了惊喜!
  
  

  Although my passion was Law, teaching was a very close second. I have been involved in education for almost four decades. At the coed boarding school where I worked in Massachusetts, 我教过各级西班牙语, including AP 西班牙语 Language and AP 西班牙语 Literature. I also developed courses on the Pre-Columbian Civilizations, 西班牙内战, 西班牙艺术, and the Abrahamic Religions as different alternatives to the AP 西班牙语 courses. My passion for teaching extends as well to educating adults, 这使我为马萨诸塞州外语协会组织了几年的讲习班和研讨会, where I eventually served on the Board of Directors. 此外, I taught 西班牙语 to lawyers at a Law Firm for about two years, 结合了我对教学和法律的热爱.
